Payment
& Shipping
A Flat Fee of $12.99 for orders up to $100.00. Orders over $100.00 will be calculated based on weight and size of packaging required.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all items are non-refundable.
If a package is delivered damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged package at smellmylovebysharonda@gmail.com. The email must include a copy of the invoice, a picture of the damaged packaging, and damaged product.
Once the company has assessed and confirmed the damage of the product, we will reship the replacement product that was damaged during shipping.
Replacement items are generally shipped within 2-3 days.
Please Note: Reshipment of damaged items will be the same item that was originally ordered. There cannot be any changes made.
